| Introduction |
Southwark Community Learning has been designed as a series of online worksheets that can be used independently
of each other or as part of an integrated learning programme.
Each worksheet is referenced to the Basic Skills Agency Adult Core Curriculum.
The material is divided into four topic areas with six worksheets under each topic.
We have concentrated on the core curriculum levels
"Entry Level 2 and 3".
There are a variety of activities including cloze and matching exercises, sequencing and multiple choice questions.
We have tried to make the navigation route as simple as possible and worksheets can be accessed in any order.
Simple explanations and instructions can be found at the top of each exercise.
The learner can control the pace and approach to completing each activity and will be advised of their achievement
at the end of each task.
We hope that this material will also be used as tool for further study and learning opportunities such as creative
writing, planning projects and proof reading.
