- Look at the job descripton.  
  Try to form an idea of what the job entrails , the structure of the  
  work and what is important to the prospective employer.  

- Make sure your aplication and intervew are relevant to this.  

- Cheeck your skills against the purson specification.  

- Research the structure, compatition and prospects of the  
  organisation and the type of work it is involved with.  
  No your facts.  

- Be aware of how different anvironments may have different  
  cultures and expectashons of things such as dress code,  
  hours of work etc.
